Delete your Harbora account
You can delete your Harbora account in the app. Deletion is permanent and happens when you confirm it.
Steps in the app
- Open Harbora and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Open About me.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm Delete forever.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@harbora.app from the address on your Harbora account. Ask us to delete the account. We will delete it and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your name, email, and password
- Your private journal, history, and reflections
- Your lighthouse decorations and closet
- Your membership on shared ships
If you are the last person on a ship, that ship is removed. If someone else is still on it, they keep the ship.
What is kept
- Plus is billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your Harbora account does not cancel that subscription. Cancel it in your store account settings.
- We may keep limited records required for security, fraud prevention, or accounting, such as a record that a purchase existed. Those records are not your journal.
